I thought it might be good to give some examples of postcards that I have sent out over the years. I started making postcard, drawing, paintings and collage in 2002 when I lived in Dallas Texas to send to friends overseas in Europe and across America. I put this in a larger production after moving to Philadelphia Pennsylvania in 2003 making an edition of 2000 unique postcards in a series entitled "dis-advertise". Later I continued making postcards that where either untitled pieces or part of the "sub-" series (as of 2012, there is now over 5000 art pieces in the "sub-" series consisting of paintings, video, sound pieces, drawings, collage and of course postcards which make up a large part of this series). All of the postcards pictured below are in either private or museum collections which most of which I don't recall who actually owns. The photos are some of the few of the documentations I made of only a small handful of thousands of postcards I made over the years. If there is information about the postcard picture I have put it below the image to the best of my knowledge and memory.
I continue to make postcards and respond to everyone who write me (on average I get 2-8 pieces of mail per day so it is a lot of work).
