A Handful of postal art sent by Lubomyr Tymkiv

Lubomyr Tymkiv based out of Lviv Ukraine seems always send very interesting "Neo Fluxus" works. I never know what to expect when I get mail from him but what is pretty interesting is his use of rubber stamps and relief prints in much of his mail. I also find that many of the letters are also decorated with these small relief stamps which makes each postal piece complete.
